Vinyl Dream™ Deck and Dream™ Railings System

Vinyl Dream™ Deck and Dream™ Railing is a great substitute for wood. Wood deteriorates fast, even if you take a couple of days each year to clean and reseal it. Let's face it, wood decks are a burden! And who has that kind of time and money to waste!

The walking surface of Vinyl Dream™ Deck uses a state of the art three-layer extrusion process. The top layer is tough, pure vinyl to give color fastness and a cool non-slip surface. The second layer is recycled PVC for strength and environmental responsiveness. The third is a flexible "dual-durometer" cushion (I call them "rubber strips") added to the "feet" of the plank to prevent the squeaking sound found in other vinyl deck products.

Dream™ Deck comes in 8, 10, 12 ,16 and 20 foot lengths so you can design your deck with no seams! The decking is simply snapped onto PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) installation tracks which have been screwed to joist framing. Removal is as easy. There are no visible nails, screws or counter sinkholes as seen in wood decks. The ends of the decking boards are neatly finished off with a vinyl end cap.

The Dream™ Railing System

The Dream™ Railing system is 100% extruded PVC vinyl. The exclusive system consists of PVC post sleeve covers for 4" x 4" wood posts. Vinyl top and bottom rails feature a classic banister design. Both have internal aluminum I-Beams for added strength. The 1-1/2" square, heavy duty, pickets or the colonial style "balusters" with snap in spacer provides 4" spacing to meet safety codes. The Dream™Railing system has no visible fasteners to detract from its beautiful appearance. Our standard railing sections come in 6, 8 and 10 foot lengths. They can be cut to smaller sizes. All post sleeves are factory "punched" to receive railings from any angle, including stairs.

Post Caps - Accessorize your new Dream Deck™Deck with a choice of 4 vinyl post caps. Post Caps are made with 100% vinyl. These caps slip snuggly onto the tops of the vinyl post sleeves.
